My Commissions open on a revolving basis! I am currently taking Spring applications. I have 6 slots that will be open. They are not first come first served. I will choose the ones that I prefer most!

TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT
- Payments can be made via Payoneer, Wise, or Stripe! Payments via Payoneer and Wise will be accepted in USD only. Payments through Stripe will be rounded to the nearest Canadian Dollar (CAD).

- Tipping/taxes are never required, but they are appreciated. If you would like to tip me, I have a Ko-fi and a Buy Me a Coffee!

- Payment must be made upfront before work on your commission can begin. If necessary, a partial payment/payment plan can be negotiated if the price is too much to pay at once, however, this will not be the norm.

- Commissions will typically be completed one at a time in the order of acceptance, that is, if you were the first chosen, you'll be the first finished, however, this may not always be the case. Commissions that play more to my tastes or are simpler to complete may get finished first.

- You can always contact me by email (or by your most convenient mode of contact) during the process of me working on your commission for updates, progress pics, or for any inquiries! However, I am most easily contacted on Discord (Berrie#6261) or on my Twitter linked below. Do not hesitate to hit me up! Update: I also stream regularly on Picarto, allowing you to get updates in real-time! Please feel free to join these streams and provide feedback there!😊

THE PROCESS
- Typically, I am not an artist with a quick turnaround. Commissions may take anywhere from two weeks to three months to complete. If I feel like there will be a longer delay, I will immediately let you know! A $20 rush fee will be applicable should you want your work finished sooner than that.

- Commissioners will be shown the initial sketch stage where they will be permitted to make suggestions and edits to the appearance of the commission. Once this stage is complete, aside from minor edits, no other major changes are permitted.

- Please make sure that the characters you are getting art of ARE YOUR CHARACTERS. The only exception is artwork of licensed characters/fanart (e.g. Princess Peach, Harley Quinn, Link, etc.). If a character is not yours, or perhaps you're getting work of a character for someone else, PLEASE ENSURE that said person is comfortable with having artwork of their character drawn for them (especially if 18+ art).

- If you do request major changes to the commission after completion, you will be charged an extra $30 dollars ($55, if on a more complex piece, or a piece featuring multiple characters.)

- Any art involving characters with intricate tattoos, markings, or overall more detailed designs will be subject to an additional complexity fee (Sketch/Flat Sketch: +$35; Lineart/Flats/Full Render: +$45). Whether a design is complex or not will be decided by me; no mech or armor.

COMPLETION
- You'll receive two versions of your piece: an unwatermarked version (for personal use only) and a watermarked version.

- If you would like to post to your page, I do ask that you use the watermarked version as well as give credit to me, please! Please wait until I have publicly posted your commission before uploading it yourself. Also, feel free to let me know if you would prefer your commission not be publicly posted at all.

- A hi-res version of your commission will be emailed to you (or sent to you via your preferred method of contact) upon completion. Should you lose track of your completed piece (deleted, corrupted, or just unsure if you received it or not), you can let me know and I'll send it to you again!

REFUNDS
Should something come up in which you are unable to carry through with the commission and require a refund, as long as the commission is in the sketch stage or has not yet been started, you are eligible for a complete refund. However, if you decide after the sketch stage that you would like a refund, you will only be eligible for a partial refund, up to %40 of the initial payment.Requesting a refund just before completion, after your commission has been finished, and/or if you have received your completed piece is absolutely NOT permitted and will get you blacklisted. If you did not provide any input or clarification during the sketch stage, lineart/inking stage, or overall were not clear and open with communication and thus, are not happy with the completed piece, you are not eligible for a refund.
RESTRICTIONS

USAGE OF MY WORK
Using my work in any blockchain-related technology, such as NFTs, cryptocurrency or anything similar is PROHIBITED. It is absolutely FORBIDDEN and attempting to do so will result in any business being ceased immediately and your immediate blacklisting.Should you attempt to use any work of mine in anything blockchain-related (regardless of whether or not you commissioned me for it) I will immediately file a DMCA and have you blocked and blacklisted.I allow my work to be used in personal projects, such as the creation of video games, videos, or to be used during streaming, etc. If you require me to send you the necessary transparent files, just let me know!

If you are unsure about what you are requesting, especially regarding kinks, you can always ask for clarification!
(*I will be immediately refusing your services and blacklisting you for requesting this. Addendum: I will also be refusing applications that include usage of the terms Futa and/or Futanari and Herm/Hermaphrodite. One is a term of fetishization and the other is a grossly outdated term. Both are deeply offensive. If you must describe a female character with a penis, simply refer to them as a trans woman, trans femme or intersex if that more accurately applies. Please have respect for trans and intersex people. I will be extending this to include that any applications using fetishistic slurs to describe trans men and trans mascs will also be thrown out. If you are insistent on submitting applications using these terms I will simply blacklist you.)
